Protein balls are a great addition to any lunch box. With the versatility to be nut-free and gluten free makes this snack great for the classroom and allergy sensitive individuals. Just 5 ingredients to combine for a yummy delicious snack. Best of all, no baking needed! Thanks to Chef Savvy for the recipe.


To make 12 bites combine:

2/3 cup peanut butter or sunflower butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

2 tablespoons of honey


Instructions:

-In a medium sized bowl, stir to combine all 5 ingredients. Place in refrigerator for 15-30 mins to make it easier to roll into balls.

-Roll into 12 bites and store in fridge for up to a week.
